HI, am happy to rent my room to a friendly and pleasant male or female. This is not a flat share. It's only use of the room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. You also have a small toilet ground floor. Am ok from ages of 25 upwards.
Am a mature 59 year old lady and I like to live in peace. I do have family time and crazy times in my household. When I say crazy times meaning (fun, laughter, talk's, granddaughters over, maybe barbeques, drinks, movies and so on. I hope you understand as it is my home and am renting the double room
