We are a friendly bunch of 3 queer women looking for a new member of our little family. We enjoy being not just house mates but also friends. If you want to join us, come prepared for many cups of tea and chats around the dining table about life, the universe and everything. We also have the cutest 4th house mate, our cat Jessie, who would welcome another cat if you are bringing one into the house with you.
The available double room is on the top floor facing the garden and comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. There is also some additional furniture you can choose to buy from the previous tenant. We also have a lounge, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a lovely garden.
This is a terraced house with garden on the Harringay Ladder, between Manor House & Turnpike Lane on the Piccadilly Line with easy access to Victoria Line. There's also 3 buses that stop 2 minutes away and go to Trafalgar Sq, Waterloo & London Bridge (2 of them 24h), as well as Overground and train stations, so you have all the transport links you could possibly dream of. We're in a residential street, so it's nice and quiet, but the main road is literally around the corner and has everything you need.
Rent is £713 per month w/o bills, which come to around £90 at the moment. The room is available from the 21 May 2023 but we can be a little flexible on move in dates.
