Shared bathroom on 1st floor with shower/bath. Downstairs there are three large separate rooms - lounge, dining room and big kitchen.
The room to rent is bright overlooking the garden with large wardrobe, coffee table and new bed just brought in. The sofa-bed in the photo has been taken out. Loads extra cupboard storage just outside the room. Loft space too.

I’d like to share preferably with someone with daytime working hours, but isn’t essential. I’m a social person and always busy. Looking for someone similar who likes to hang out, share few drinks over chats but equally enjoys their privacy.

It’s a terraced house with large green garden (bbq in the shed!) on quiet street in South Wimbledon area only 7 min walk to South Wimbledon Tube, and 15 min walk to Wimbledon station
