The room is perfect for a young professional, in their 30’s, it’s a good-sized double bedroom measuring 3m by 2.8m, on the first floor, away from all of the common spaces. See bed 3 on the floor plan pic.
The house is a four-bedroom house, typical Victorian style property with 3 beds and a shower room/WC on the first floor, and a bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.
There is currently 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor, with a bath/shower and a second shower + toilet one on the first floor.
At the back of the garden, there is a small outhouse, which is a 1 bed studio flat, with its own bathroom.
The garden itself is small, but perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun, having a BBQ or socialising with friends.
Tenancy is a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. We ideally would sign on a 12-month contract, with a 6-month break clause.
At the moment, there are 4 people living in the house and one in the garden outhouse.
