This large double room is within a large Victorian Property, situated on Haydons Rd in Wimbledon. It’s a short walk (15 min) or bus (6 min) into Wimbledon town centre where you will find an array of restaurants, bars and retail shops and the Wimbledon mainland rail station.

The room is perfect for a young professional, in their 30’s, it’s a large double bedroom, on the ground floor, measuring 3m by 3.6m.

The house is a four-bedroom, 2 bathroom, typical Victorian style property, with a large communal lounge and large modern kitchen.

The garden itself is a decent size, perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun, having a BBQ or socialising with friends.

Tenancy is a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. We ideally would sign on a 12-month contract, with a 6-month break clause.

Bills:
Most bills are managed by the landlord, costing £80 PCM per person:

- A cleaner for 3hrs every two weeks to clean all common areas, the kitchen and bathrooms
