Spacious double room, with a big window that gets loads of natural light. The room is unfurnished (so you can set it up how you like), but it does come with a double bed and built in wardrobe.

It's the only bedroom on the top floor, so you'll have plenty of privacy and a bathroom that's used almost exclusively by you. The flat has another bathroom on the lower floor used by the other two flatmates.

Also on the top floor is a shared living space that doubles up as a comfy office. Great for working from home with plenty of room for a desk and good lighting. There's heaps of built in storage in the shared living space, great for suitcases and sports equipment.

With the space you get, the room is a steal compared to other places on the market. I've had two very happy years here.

You'll be living with two flatmates who are really friendly, considerate and tidy. One works in the office full time and the other works shifts at a bar, so the flat never feels crowded. Both value their own space, but they're always up for chats in the kitchen and the occasional pub trip.

Location is great. Haydons Road overground station is right outside. The district and Northern lines are a 10-15 minute walk. There's also a bus stop nearby which gets you into Wimbledon or Colliers Wood in 5 minutes. There are two great pubs a stones throw away, which are great for food, as well as two lovely park areas.

Bills are around £90pm, including council tax, Wifi etc.

The room is available from 10 November, but I can be flexible should you need to move in a bit earlier, just let me know!
