Looking for roommate!!!

We have a single / double room to rent (NW9 7HB). The room has a single bed that pulls out to a double.

10 minute walk to Hendon overground to London St Pancras takes 19 minutes.

Close to both Hendon (Northern Line) and Kingsbury (Jubilee Line) underground (10 minute bus journey).

3 minute walk to 32,183,83,142 bus stop on the Edgware road.

Off street parking is available, the house backs onto a lovely park and has a large garden with large clean patio.

The House is a 10 minute drive to Brent cross shopping center and a 2 min drive (5 minute walk) to large Sainsburys.

The house is a three bedroom house, currently with two working professionals. One of us is a PT and the other works in IT. We are extremely clean and tidy and down to earth.

we are looking for a working professional, someone who is clean and tidy. No specific requirements each to there own.

We do not mind a smoker but no smoking indoors - smoking outdoors only in the garden.

Shared access to kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden.

The bedroom is semi-furnished with a brand new single bed (under bed storage) that pulls out to a double. There also is a new wardrobe which is not in the pictures.

We split the electric and gas when the bill comes in every three months. Wi-Fi month.
