The property is located in a security gated property with concierge 5 minutes walk to Hendon station (Thameslink) which easily take you to places such as Kings Cross. Hendon Central underground station is also within easy access.

The property will be shared with another respectful housemate (2 people in total in the property). We are looking for 1 mature housemate who appreciates a quiet home and plenty of privacy. The person must be a non-smoker and preferably who does light cooking.

Minimum 12 months stay, and preferably somebody who will call our place a home. Our tenants have been with us for 7 years & 5 years, I guess we make a decent landlord? :)
