The available room is fully furnished. It comes with a double bed, built-in and free-standing wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a large shelving unit and a 55” TV.

You’d share the bathroom with only one other person, and there’s a second toilet on the same floor. Both are brand new.

The house is right across the road from Hendon Library and Middlesex University, and about a 7-minute walk from Hendon Underground.

This is a settled, low-drama household and we have been here a long time, so it’s a calm, easygoing home. There’s also a very friendly, fully trained dog.

We’re looking for another quiet, tidy person who’d suit the same. We’re in no rush, and finding the right match is what matters, so we’d rather take our time and get it right.
