We have a large double bedroom in our apartment available to move in from September 1st. The bedroom comes furnished with a king size bed, large built in wardrobes, a chest of 6 drawers and a desk. You will be sharing the main bathroom with one other housemate.
The apartment has a large bright living/ dining room/ kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher etc.
Rent is £675 per month.
Bills are an additional £140 each per month for WiFi, gas, electricity, water, tv licence, council tax.

Hendon Central (Northern Line) is 10-15 minutes walk away and a number of buses (113, 125, 143, 183, 186, 326, SL10) stop close by. There are cafes, shops, gyms etc nearby and Brent Cross shopping is closeby by bus or walking. We also have lovely parks right on our doorstep too!

You will be sharing the apartment with two working professionals- one male, one female. The bathroom will be shared between you and one other as one of the bedrooms has an ensuite. The atmosphere is really relaxed. We easily share the space while cooking and chatting in the evenings and at the same time everyone is free to do their own thing too.
