I'm looking for a professional tenant to welcome to my newly renovated self contained studio in my garden which is clean & tidy!

The location of the property is on the same road as Brent Cross Shopping centre! so you have easy access (5min walk) to the bus station that takes you all over London and of course Brent Crosss it self has all the essential shops you need!

The room is separated by a wall from the kitchen/ living room area. the room comes with a wardrobe and even storage space under the bed.
The whole studio is fully furnished, the bed is a double sized. The studio also comes with private shower, toilet and sink. As well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining table which can be used as a desk.

You are also permitted to use the garden as you please, the garden has a table and chairs so enjoying your food out there when the weather is nice is great!

There is also parking space available on the drive should you have a car.

The rent includes all bills and free WiFi also!
