NO DEPOSIT will be needed as the house is available only until 10th August. We have lowered the rent because we are urgently looking for a housemate who can fill in this room and pay the rent for these last 2 months with us.
We have been renting this house since 2013 but unfortunately this year our landlord is selling the house.

This En-suite Double bedroom is in a Victorian house 3minutes walking distance from Middlesex University, near Hendon Central underground station Northen line, zone 3, which is 30 min to central London on the northern line tube (Alternatively at night there are also direct 24h Night Buses to central London/ Picadilly and the bus stop is 1 min away from the house, near the highway).
10 min walk to the station and on days where it’s raining there are buses 113 and 186 which come every 5/10 min.

The property has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms/toilets (one in the master), living/dinning room, a big garden with a wooden shed for bycicles, an attic (more storage) and 2 spaces for car park also available.

ALL BILLs and also the common house expenses are INCLUDED with this price (NO EXTRA CHARGES with anything else over the year, unless the tenants exceed the normal consumption of the energy bill).


Cleaning lady will be available also once a month but all tenants will have to be responsible for cleaning. Gardener also.

I currently moved to Dubai to work abroad for a year, but I have been a tenant at this house for the past 9 years and manage it. All inventory inside the house belongs to me and I am the person who always kept renovating the house.

The people interested in coming to see this room will have available times as the views will done by the housemates who are currently living there.

I have taken very good care of this property over the last 11 years while I was studying interior architecture at Middlesex University, so ideally I would like to find housemates for the house who are equally clean and tidy.
