Single bedroom in Hendon

Hi everyone!
Have the 4th room in our flat to rent
We are 2 girls and 1 boy and been living here for 4/5 years now.
We have a lovely private landlord, hence the cheap rent.

There is a bathroom with shower, 1 toilet and kitchen. There is no living room unfortunately, but we live next to a lovely park where we spend a lot of our time!
The room comes with a single bed (but fits a double) a desk and chair and clothes rail.

10min walk to local shops, tesco, co-op. 15min walk to hendon central and 25min walk to Hendon station. There is a Better Gym and Nuffield Health around. Lot's of buses with good connections!

We all get along pretty well and appreciate a calm and clean environment. We share chores around the house with no issue.
We share a small space and are respectful of each others space and needs. We are looking for someone who will act the same way.

Bills fluctuate throughout the year but are average £50 pcm (slighty more in winter) and wifi is £7 each pcm.

Available to move in from the 15th January
