This is short term let until end of July.
I am looking for a friendly flatmate to join me in a beautiful and modern flat. I have a balcony overlooking the reservoir. All the furnishings in the flat are provided by me. The room is also furnished with a single/double bed and very spacious fitted wardrobe. You are also welcome to bring your own room furniture if you wish. In addition, you can also enjoy your private bathroom. Kitchen, living room and balcony are shared.
The price is 200£ per week with bills included. There is also an onsite gym with no extra cost and concierge service.
Hendon train station is 5min walk away same as the closest bus stop.
About me: I am a 31 year old engineer originally from Spain who enjoys travelling, cooking, playing pickleball, fitness and a social lifestyle. I am looking for a professional flatmate who will help keep the flat clean and tidy, and wouldn't mind sharing a meal together!
