Large En Suite Bedroom In Queer Home

Hi! We’re 3 queer, trans people looking for a single occupant or a couple to rent out the top floor room in our home. The room is very spacious and has an en suite bathroom, and the house is less than a 15 minute walk from Hendon Central underground station and a 5 minute walk from Brent Cross shopping centre. We have 2 cats already so cannot accept any more pets. The total rent is £1040, but can be split between two people if a couple are interested. Our landlady is very nice and effective.
The 3 of us are close friends and ideally we would like someone who is open to becoming part of the family, we love spending time together in the living room and going out together. But if that’s not your thing, the top room is very private!
We have a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a sizeable garden with a patio. There is parking available outside the house, but it isn’t free.
We are Council Tax band D.
