4 ex colleagues looking for a 5th

Hello, three former colleagues and I
are looking for a 5th person to share this beautiful flat on Finchley Lane.

Move in 12th Sept.

I personally viewed the flat (videos attached to the ad) a few days ago and found it very welcoming, with a lot of light, well connected, spacious and there is also a nice balcony in the kitchen.

No living room but we want to set up a wall TV in the kitchen which has a nice large dining table, and we also want to decorate the balcony with a grass turf, cushions, plants, lights and a coffee table. One bathroom only with bath, loo and sink and it’s downstairs.

I reckon we can have nice guests and group dinners in it but not massive parties.

Holding deposit to be paid asap along with all personal documentation and work references (or contracts and payslips) to be sent to the agency. 1st month of rent and month of deposit to be paid after all documents have been reviewed and up to 1 day prior to move in date which is the 12th of September.

The house is 2 mins walk to a High Street full of shops, markets etc. Bus stop 2 mins walk from the house, 10mins bus ride to Golders Green tube station, which gets you to central London in 15mins. For reference, it’s a 35-40mins travel to Tottenham Court Road.

I (30) work full time in hospitality in Piccadilly, while Kris (Hungarian, 37), Simba (British, 27) and Shan (Scottish, 29) all still work together in hospitality as well but in Camden. We all met working together at the same venue in Camden for a year and a half and we all know each other well, we have all done easy and hard shifts with each other.

We all lead a private life but gather up occasionally for dinner or some drinks. We’re all smokers so looking for someone who is either also a smoker or is okay with smoking. Kris, Simba and Shan all do night shifts so sometimes they get back home at 4am or later. We’re all sociable people who are dedicated to their jobs. We’re looking for someone who is respectful and considerate of common spaces, has a chilled vibe and is sociable.

I am often out of the house. My life revolves around work, gym, playing football, martial arts, rowing, 2-3 times a month I go clubbing, I’m into screen acting, I love travelling and dieting hence I am the one who uses the kitchen the least.

We are all clean, tidy and professional people, we are mindful of noise and we clean after ourselves.

The others love board games, D&D, chess, clubbing, TV and Film, video-games, make up, fashion and cooking.
