Single Room 15 minute walk from Hendon Central

Looking to find someone to take on my room in Hendon as I am moving up to Manchester in the near future! It is located right next to Sunningfields park and is a short 15 minute walk away from transport hubs like Hendon central on the Northern line with tubes running every 3 minutes down to central london perfect for commuters, as well as Hendon on the thameslink route. It is also ideally situated for those studying at the main Middlesex University Campus, taking under 10 minutes to walk door to door.

It is bright with good sunlight in the afternoon, with a double bed, desk space, and super high ceilings which make it feel nice and airy. It also has a good amount of storage space coming fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, and double bed. The street is very quiet and safe, away from the main roads so there is very little disturbance if working from home. The couple in the third bedroom have their own ensuite, so the main bathroom is shared only with one other person and includes a bathtub shower. The hallway extending to the bedroom provides a good amount of extra space, along with an extra storage area underneath the stairs.

The other flatmates are students studying a masters and PhD at UCL and KCL so are often at University working, but often cook with eachother in the evening when we find the time! Another student would be great, but with the ages currently ranging from 24 to 32 a profesional is also more than welcome to take on the room.

The current tenancy ends on the 21st of September, however the landlord is willing to consider extentions to the lease if desired. Bills excl. council tax usually come to £60 pm per person
