Location: Hendon, North London, Zone 3, NW4 3XU. Second floor independent room in a house, with one shower room and two toilets, each separate. Not facing the main road, the room is quiet.

Transportation: It takes 3 minutes to walk to Hendon Central subway station. There are multiple bus stops within 5 minutes. Tesco is a 1-minute walk away, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer are 10 minutes away on foot. It's 30 minutes by Northern Line to UCL, the British Museum and the city center.

Short-term rental period:
January 21st - February 9th, a total of 20 days, including all bills and taxes.

Weekly rentals are accepted, and those covering the entire period will be given priority.
Rent: £400 (20 days)
£220 (weekly rent)

Roommates: There are three of us. A 28-year-old French guy and a Taiwanese landlord couple around 60 years old. Everyone is very quiet. The landlady is very nice. They give us snacks on a regular basis and also send us gifts on festivals. They provide toilet paper, hand sanitizer, a kettle, pots, pans and kitchenware (which saves us a lot of basic expenses).

If you want to renew the lease, you can communicate with the landlord by yourself!
