Lease Takeover

Moving out to live with my partner so have a room available in my 3-bed flat in Hendon (NW4) from 25th of May.

It is a spacious double room and comes with bed, desk, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and large built in wardrobe. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

The property is close to shops on Brent Street, and Brent Cross Shopping Centre is just around the corner on the bus.

The tube is about a 10/15 minutes walk away and runs the northern line and night tube.

Bus stops are close by with many routes including 113, 183, 326, 143, SL10.

The other flatties are both working professionals in our twenties, one working Monday to Friday with a mixture of WFH and in office and the other in hospitality so ideally would be looking for someone on a similar schedule.

We are a friendly flat who are happy to chat and socialise in the evenings but generally also have our own lives. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and are looking for someone on a similar wavelength who will be a fun and positive addition to the flat.

Rent is £699 and bills come to around £150 per month. Unfortunately no students (landlord requirements)
