Double Room in Hendon

Hi everyone! We have a spare room available in our lovely three-bedroom house in Hendon. The rent is £730.76 a month, not including bills — they usually come to around £120 per month.

The room is fully furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe with plenty of storage, a desk and drawers. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

You’ll be living with two young professional women in their 20s. We’re a friendly and easy-going household — we like to chat when we bump into each other but also respect each other’s space. We keep the place clean and tidy and are looking for someone on the same wavelength who’ll be a positive addition to the house.

The house has great transport links, with easy access to the Northern line, Thameslink, and plenty of bus routes nearby.

We’re looking for someone to move in by the end of the month so the tenancy can be renewed from the 31st of October.

Just to note - the landlord does not accept full time students.
