We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our super friendly household. The vibe here is relaxed, tidy, and social — we chat, sometimes hang out, but also respect each other’s space (basically, we’ve mastered the “friendly but not clingy” flat dynamic 😄).

🛏 The Room:
• Rent: £642/month
• Bills: Around £120-160/month (a little more in winter when the heating joins the party ❄️)
• Comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe
• Other items in photos not included

You’ll be sharing with lovely, easy-going people who keep the place clean and comfortable. Everyone says the same thing — “we’re just looking for someone friendly to blend in.” So if you’re kind, respectful, and don’t leave mysterious fridge science experiments, we’ll get along great!
