Looking for someone to take over my spacious studio!

Landlord is looking for a new tenant but I’m looking for someone to take over the rest of my tenancy (1-2months) whilst there looking- opportunity to stay longer if you want to be the next tenant.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and love the property but unfortunately I’m moving out the area. The landlord is very quick with any repairs or replacements needed and has never increased the rent since I’ve lived there.
