Looking for someone to fill a 1 bed!

Hi! We’re two Californians (Cat and Ella) who recently moved to London and are looking for someone to take over a single bedroom in our flat from March until our lease ends August 21st 2026.

Our flat is a 5 minute walk to Hendon Central (Northern line) and a 15 minute walk to the overground. We have a dining room, living room, bathroom and kitchen shared between us, as well as a patio shared with our neighbors. Our neighborhood is safe and has easy, walkable access to shops (24 hour supermarket!), pharmacies and parks.

We're both easygoing and like to keep the flat tidy. We love to meet new people and enjoy both nights in and nights out. We'd love to hear from you if you are interested in the room :)
