Hi everyone! I’m moving out of my current place and looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 2-bed home near Hendon Central.

Unfurnished room (but I can leave my ottoman small double bed + desk + chair for a reasonable price if needed!)
You’ll be sharing with just ONE other person

✨ You get your own toilet and storage room (I turned it into a mini walk-in closet)

The kitchen is mostly furnished (by your new housemate)

No parking included, but there is a nearby car park available

FREE residents’ gym access included 💪

You have a concierge who collects your parcels

Monthly Cost: £1,000 (+ bills approx £200 / month but likely to go down soon); Depoist £1,153.50; Council Tax D Barnet

👩‍💼 Who You’ll Be Living With
You’ll be sharing with a friendly professional nanny (German & Ghanaian). She loves coffee, nature, and attends church (KAC). She’s usually out during the day for work, enjoys a chat, but also values personal space.

🙏 Who She’s Looking For
Ideally a Christian who is respectful, clean, friendly, and also appreciates their own space. You would need to earn at least £30,000 to pass referencing.
