Hello! I have one double room available in a warm, clean and dry new-build apartment located in Hendon Waterside, London (NW9 7FD). Move in date is approximately the 24th April.

This is an upstairs bedroom with an ensuite (toilet, sink and shower) attached. Bedroom is furnished. The rent for this room is £1120 per month. Council tax is included in the rent. Other shared expenses (electricity, hot water, heating, broadband) come to approx £50 each per month.

Security deposit is £462.50.

This room is wonderfully light due to the big windows, and remains cozy and warm throughout all the seasons of the year.

The apartment is two-storeys with the front door and kitchen downstairs, and the available bedroom upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher), we have a washing machine, and a small spare room for drying clothes (this is also our guest bedroom which has a fold-out double bed). Our apartment complex has a concierge service, and a residents-only gym.

Parking is available if you have your own vehicle! Hendon Station (ThamesLink) is a 5min walk away, and Hendon Central (Northern Line) is a 15min walk away. There are several nearby bus stops running a number of different routes.

Nearby is a small Co-Op, and a huge Sainsbury's within a 10min walk.

The apartment is a 5min walk from the Welsh Harp Nature Park and Brent Reservoir, which is a fantastic area for local birdlife 🦆🦢

You will be living with me, Cat, my partner Ruairí, our housemate El, and our two cats. Ruairí and I work full-time, and El is a master's student. Our two cats are shy but very sweet, and are fully indoors only. We are not accepting any other pets, sorry.

We are all friendly and conscientious flatmates, we get on together really well and like to spend time together, but respect everyone's need for quiet time as well.
