- 2 storey house situated on a 1st floor on a main street with most amenities within a 10- 15 minute walk.
- House structured as a 4 bed property with a shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms. No shared living room.
- House has a small entryway patio.
- Big fans of nature with plants and flowers spread throughout the house (inside and out) 🪴
- Pet: 1x fish tank
- Quirk: Deliveries can be complicated. We typically request delivery to one of several local drop off points (within 5 min walk) and pick up.

- Furnished ground floor room with view of entryway patio and closest to the kitchen/door.
- Furnishings: Double Bed, Desk with drawers, Cupboard, 2x wall shelves

- Bills are separate - Usually come out to ~£100 a month per person
- Shared House Supplies - We typically use an expense app (Settle Up) to note shared house supplies (e. g. kitchen roll, toilet rolls, hand soap, washing up liquid etc.)
- Deposit: £687.50
