Hi, I’m Kat, a 25-year-old finance professional working in the City. I own the flat and love living here. Outside of work, I love making music, travelling, dancing, exploring London and spending time with friends.

You’ll also have access to a large private bathroom, giving you plenty of your own space and privacy, and a large shared balcony with a comfortable seating area.
The flat itself is a modern high-floor apartment in a fantastic development with residents-only amenities including a private gym, landscaped gardens, and cinema rooms. The building sits directly above a large Sainsbury’s, making everyday life incredibly convenient - whether you’ve forgotten milk, need ingredients for dinner or are doing a full weekly shop.
The location is also very well connected. The bus stop is right outside the building, Hendon Station is around a 7-minute walk away, and the Northern Line is just a short bus ride away, making central London easily accessible. Euston can be reached in around 30 minutes.
I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy professional who is looking for more than just a room and wants to enjoy living in a comfortable, welcoming home. I’m sociable and always happy to chat and watch a movie together, but I also respect personal space and appreciate a relaxed environment.
One final housemate is my lovebird, Mango. He’s small, friendly and generally keeps to himself, but it’s worth mentioning in case of any bird allergies!
