Spare Room for 4 Weeks

I will work abroad for 4 weeks so my room is available for that time.
From 13 July until 07 August.

The house is old and unpretty hence the discount price for renters but massive and totally clean. We also have a large garden in the back that opens to the Sunny Hill Park with a cafe selling "the best shakshouka in London"!

I share the house with 1 gentleman who works at nights so the place is really private for each because we alternate our shifts, I work daytime. Both of us are quiet and respectful at home so I'm looking for a person who can adhere to that. We have a big living room downstairs which we don't really use but you can if you want to.

Parking is on the street, we are at the cross of Watford Way and North Circular which is a great advantage if you work in North - Northwest London direction like me (Borehamwood, StAlbans, Hemel Hampstead).

Bus stop at the end of the street, 113 going to Finchley - St James Park -Baker Street- Marble Arch or Hendon Central tube (10mins). But you can also take a walk to Colindale station (20 mins).

Shops and amenities are 10 mins by car or 10 mins walk to Hendon Town Centre. There is an amazing pub in the old parish church with a beautiful garden.

I have a double bed, a table and a few basics in the room but nothing too fancy to be honest, this is a temporary accomodation for me, I have my house elsewhere. The room is large and bright though, airy and comfortable. Price is 600 a month contracted through the property agency and an extra 80 pounds for utilities. If you are looking for something between places or just 4 weeks relief from the high London rents, this could work for you and me, too.
