I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a beautiful 2 bedroom spacious flat with a large balcony. The room is very spacious with a bathroom which would only be used by you. The apartment is located in close proximity by bus to Colindale, Hendon or Wembley Park tube stations and even closer to Hendon Thameslink station.
My current flatmate would prefer to live with another woman who is a professional. Working from home is not a problem. You must be able to provide all the necessary to the referencing agency (income, ID, proof of address).
The bills on a monthly basis are approx. £200
The apartment is partly furnished.
