The biggest selling point has to be our big + amazingly kept garden (and as a bonus it’s low maintenance for us as we share with the upstairs neighbours who are gardeners and tend to it regularly)! You also have a large storage cupboard separate from the bedroom just for yourself.

It’s a two-bed flat and you’ll be living with myself Kaia and my partner Tomás who joint occupy the other bedroom. We’re of British/Portuguese nationalities though mainly speak English at home. We both work as musicians and music teachers, and I also teach tai chi.

We're big music lovers, film buffs, enjoy goood food (I am mainly plant based but we do occasionally eat fish/meat at home as partner doesn't have a preference), and I also do yoga/martial arts. We also have a little black cat Suki who's very loving, but also the quiet and independent!

We work a lot so we like our home to be a peaceful place to come back to in that it’s certainly not a party house, but we do really enjoy catching up with our flatmates and having hangs when our schedules sync up!

Our work routines also vary a lot as we’re both self employed so we spend time working certain days more out of home/certain hours from home.

Council tax is band D. Bills wise (pp/month) water + council tax is £94.98, whilst gas and electricity vary more each month, but an average across the year comes to £60. Internet is £11.66. We also have a cleaner come fortnightly that ends up being roughly £34 a month each (so all in all around £200 per month).

We're looking for a full-time professional (employed or self-employed) as we need to prove our income is above a threshold when referencing at the start of a new tenancy.

Only other things worth mentioning -
A - it’s an unfurnished room as we moved into the house as a whole originally unfurnished, though our flatmates leaving have said they’re likely looking to sell the wardrobes first a good price if interested
B - we're looking for long-term interest only (pref at least 1 year)
C - is that I practice/write/produce a lot from home, so you'll often hear music coming from our bedroom - we understand this isn't for everyone so wanted to be upfront about this! Thankfully there's a large cupboard storage separating the two bedrooms so it isolates the sound well between rooms and I keep this to reasonable times.

We're preferably looking for a professional in music/arts but really open to anyone as long as we all feel we get along!
