I have a double room with beautiful en-suite. Within a two bed garden flat. The flat is ground and 1st floor and this room will be upstairs so you will feel like you can go and relax in your own space away from the rest of the flat. Newly refurbished and 8 min walk to Hendon Central on northern line or West Hendon Thames link. All bills included and parking outside for an extra charge for permit
Shared kitchen and garden.
I am looking for a working professional who will respect my flat as well as I do.
Someone who will keep their areas extremely clean and tidy, especially the bathroom.
I do have a cat who thinks he owns the place so someone with experience with a cat is desirable.
I am personable and love a good chat but at the same time I do like my own space and would respect that in the person also.
