Double Room in Loft Space

Hello!!

I'm moving out of my double room in a loft space and posting this ad on behalf of the landlady for another lodger to take the room.

There are 2 rooms in the loft space with a private bathroom and kitchenette area (which comes with a microwave and fridge) as shown in the pictures, and the main kitchen is on the ground floor. The other room in the loft space is occupied by another lodger who is a teacher and works full-time so is out most of the day and you will be sharing the bathroom and kitchenette with just her. Other than her, it's just the landlady living in the house at the moment, and she is quite respectful and accomodating if you have any requests.

All the furnitures shown in the picture comes with the room (i. e, wardrobe, bed and desk) except for the chest of drawers and arm chair which i'm happy to part with some for a decent amount if required.

The rent is £750 and is inclusive of bills with a £750 deposit equivalent to the rent. The landlady would require the following:
a) Letter of employment/3month payslip
b) ID
c) Right to rent if required
d) Reference letter from previous landlord

There is a local store just about 6mins from the house with some restaurants as well and the house is located about 10mins walk to middlesex university and 20mins walk to hendon central station which is about 7mins by bus where there are lots of shops/cafes/restaurants, etc.
