Spacious double bedroom in our 3 bedroom house, available at the end of September as my sister is moving abroad!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home! Ideally we’d love another female who’s laid back, friendly and up for actually being friends rather than just co-existing under the same roof 😊

We’re two girls in our 20s + Luna the dog 🐶. We love cooking together, chilling in the lounge with a glass of wine and some records on, BBQs in the garden, and taking Luna on walks. We’re also partial to escaping London for camping/wild swimming weekends down in Surrey or Devon if you’re interested in joining! 🌿🏕️

* Bright, sunny 3-bed house

* Large south-facing garden which isn’t overlooked by neighbours, pretty rare for London!

* 1.5 bathrooms (the main bathroom was recently redone!)

* Quiet, safe and really friendly neighbourhood

* We even have a neighbourhood group chat where people share garden tools, sugar, homegrown fruit & veg etc. 🥬🍓

* Huge fully furnished double bedroom with great storage space. It has 2 large fitted wardrobes and large antique chest of drawers + under bed storage space.

* King sized bed with recently bought Hypnos mattress - so so comfy!

📍 Location:

* 10 min walk to Hendon Central (Northern Line)

* Around 10 mins to King’s Cross and 25 mins to Waterloo

* Two big parks just 5 mins away, both with lovely cafes

* Loads of shops, restaurants and everything you need within a few minutes’ walk

We’re hoping to find someone who’s clean and considerate but also relaxed and sociable. Someone who’s happy to have a chat in the kitchen, join for dinner/wine/BBQs, but equally has their own life and doesn’t mind doing their own thing.

Rent is £1150/month + bills
