Hi, I'm looking for a female flatmate, to share a lovely two bedroom flat in Hendon with. Available from 1st of November. I'm 35 y/o clean and tidy professional working full time and looking for someone similar.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the flat so lots of privacy. Shared living room and kitchen with all basic commodity.
I'm looking for a monthly rent of £550 plus only electricity share (water, council tax and broadband are included). It is a very good value for money as I have lowered the rent due to the fact that from December a friend from Manchester may be occasionally staying overnight in the living room. She is coming down to London for work purposes.
Hendon Central station is a short bus ride away (5min) or 15-20 min
by walk. Lots of free parking outside the flat. Safe and quiet area.
£500 deposit is required.
