We have a large ensuite room in our warm and friendly home.

Would suit a student or professional.

The house is on a quiet road about 10mins walk to Hendon Central tube station and 10mins to Hendon train station. The 113, 186, 324, 143, 326 are all nearby.

We are also 10mins walk to Middlesex University.

The room is ensuite and is light and spacious and fully furnished, with plenty of storage space. The house is well equipted with broadband, washing machine etc. The kitchen which overlooks the garden has a large dining area. All facilities are shared including the living rooms, garden and patio. Parking is available on the driveway.

You will be living with mature adults of working and retirement age (still very active and young at heart) without live in children. We are laid back and easy to get along with. We love cooking, gardening, traveling, socialising and laughing.

We're looking for a clean, tidy and considerate person/s who will respect the house and treat it like their own home.

Couples are welcome with an additional charge of £850pcm.

We don't mind smokers though smoking is not permitted in the house.
