It is for a single occupant only. Shared bathroom and kitchen with working live-in landlord.
Rental is on Lodger basis, which means an informal agreement and NOT an AST contract. Smokers may only smoke outside the property. Respectable guests allowed with consent and certainly no overnight friends allowed to stay.
Looking for a quiet student or professional only. Very close to Middlesex Uni, Tube and BR station. 24 Hour shop is very nearby too! Clean and quiet flat.
Clean, quiet and respectable person is required - it's not a 'party' type of place. I cannot accept someone who does not clean up properly after using the kitchen or bathroom.
The flat complies with all Government safety standards.
If all of the above is acceptable, then please advise and we can talk on the phone about other things - the finer details.
