The flat is located less than 5 minutes from Hendon Central station (Northern Line), which takes you to the city centre in only 20 minutes.

The room is really cosy and spacious - with big windows, it's fully furnished including a double bed, small sofa, a built-in wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The bed and mattress is brand new in the room.

Currently, the flat is shared with three other girls, two Hungarians and one Romanian.

There's a Tesco and a Sainsbury's just a couple of minutes away as well as Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

We are looking for a like-minded girl to join our household, who is reliable and a responsible flatmate with common sense and respect for other people`s space. We are a quiet household (no parties) but we do enjoy each others company from time to time.

The costs of the room:
£430 pcm + utility bills (Wi-Fi, gas, water, electricity and coucil tax + TV license).
£230 deposit to be paid as you move in.

Contract is signed for one year.
