Double room in large 2 bed 2 bathroom flat

I'm from London and currently living in Hendon in a large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. The flat is on the top (2nd) floor of a purpose built building containing 6 flats. The flat has 2 bedrooms (both freshly redecorated with new carpets and large built in wardrobes), 2 completely refurbished bathrooms (I am in the en-suite but rarely use the main bathroom so you will practically have it to yourself), a large kitchen / breakfast room, a huge lounge / dinning area and a balcony / terrace. The flat also has use of a shared garden which is lovely in the summer. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa and a 65" TV.
