We’re looking for someone who enjoys a calm, comfortable home. The room is for single occupancy only (sorry, no couples or frequent guests) – this helps us keep the flat peaceful and relaxed.

Since all the bedrooms are on the same floor, we really value quiet evenings. To make sure everyone can rest well, we keep quiet hours from 11 PM – 8 AM (no loud music, late-night visitors, showers, or cooking during this time).

A lovely double room is available in our clean and comfortable 3-bedroom flat in Hendon Central, just a 6-minute walk to the station and close to shops, cafés, parks, and a gym. The area is quiet, safe, and well-connected, with central London only about 20 minutes away by Tube.
