My name is Tania and I am looking for a female flat mate to join me in this lovely clean flat in Hendon.

I am looking for a professional or student who will treat this flat as their own home. Ideally I am looking for flatmates who have moved past the partying phase and are now settled in a more gentle rhythm of life!

We strongly prefer a female flatmate as all the other flatmates are female too.

The room is a lovely double room with natural light (this double room is much bigger than the average double)
The flat is clean and has a homely environment. All the
furniture is new and the room has a King size double bed, a large 3-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The flat has just been completely refurbished with a new kitchen and new appliances. The rooms have been freshly painted. We have a cleaning rota and take it in turns to keep the place clean.

The main bathroom will be shared between only two tenants as I have my own en-suite.

The flat is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from Hendon Central station on the Northern line and has shops, restaurants, gyms and entertainment nearby. Co-op supermarket is a 5 minute walk and Tesco is a 10 minute walk. Brent Cross shopping centre is within 10 minutes by bus. Middlesex university is also a 10 minute walk.
