Big double room close to Northern Line

!! REFERENCING NEEDED FOR MOVING IN !!

Hi there, we are a calm couple seeking a third person to our household - An upstairs room on their own floor, UNFURNISHED, but we have left a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with bath tub. Great security in the area (security guard standing outside most days, tesco right around the corner, and Northern Line within 7 minute walk.

No common living room, but the kitchen is used for common area and has a table with some chairs for glasses of wine with your friends.

One of us is a professional musician, so there will be violin music through the house from time to time, but the walls are not thin.

The other is a professional photographer/videographer - Most people would call this a pretty big bonus ;)

We are not overly social but don't mind the occasional movie or board game hangout, movies or some Playstation couch fun. Both very down-to-earth, no drama.

If you're a student, we would have to ask for council tax (Band C) to be covered by you regardless.

Move in date is as soon as possible.
