Hello! Our housemate is sadly moving out and we are looking for someone to take over her room for a lease renewal.

About the room & flat:
- £763 pcm + bills
- All bills (council tax band D, electric, gas, water & wifi) currently around £100
- Room comes furnished with double bed, double chest of draws, one bedside table and has a spacious built in wardrobe
- Separate toilet and bathroom
- Lots of storage with 3 cupboards in the corridor
- 10 min walk to Hendon Central Station (Northern Line 25mins into Central London) and 20 min walk to Hendon Thameslink station (30 mins to Luton Airport)
- Walking distance to Colindale, Brent Cross Shopping Centre, Brent Reservoir and Golders Green
- Round the corner from a Tesco Express, Co-Op, M&S, two parks (Hendon Park & Sunny Hill Park) and a gym.
- Fire escape leading on from kitchen with the space to sit outside

The contract would start on the September 1st for 12 months, although earlier move in may be possible!

You would be sharing the flat with Ben (24) and I (23) who are biomedical scientists (mostly going into work with only the odd WFH day here and there). We are easy-going and clean flatmates. We are sociable and enjoy a chat in the kitchen after work, pub and cinema trips but are also happy to respect each others privacy!

We are looking for someone who is also easy going, clean and tidy. Preferably looking for a girl to keep the dynamic from this year and a professional just for council tax purposes.
