Entry to the building via intercom with own entry door to flat via key.

The flat is best suited for students studying nearby at Middlesex university (though other tenant types will be considered) and the flat is to be let as a whole, not on a per room basis. Also suitable for professionals, but again, on a whole flat basis, not per room.

Bills are not included. Deposit will be held in a deposit security scheme.

If you are a group of students, then no council tax is payable. Council tax is payable if you are working professionals.

References will be needed and also Visa status if applicable, along with university acceptance letters etc.
