Our house is located on Watford Way near Middlesex University. Shops (Tesco/Sainsbury’s little off license across the road) are walking distance. Tube station 15 min walking distance.

Please note: It is a small single room (box room) ideal for someone that only needs space to sleep, not hang out.

ROOM: Single bed, wardrobe, window.

HOUSE: A basic property. A fully equipped and fitted kitchen with cooking and washing facilities including a living room and a bathroom together with WC.

MOVE IN DATE: We are looking for someone to move in from June 13th.

Important: No smoking allowed in the house.

BILLS: Additional approx. £55 per month each tenant contributes towards bills (includes WI-FI internet).

1 month rent £355 + £355 security deposit required.
Council tax is covered by the landlord.

We are looking for someone that is sociable, permanently employed, tidy, reliable, clean, healthy and friendly. Age: 20-45 preferably.

VIEWING: We can be flexible but preferably viewing in the evenings or weekends.

LOCATION: Hendon, Watford Way. Tesco shop is 5 minutes away, Off License is just across the road, bus stops are 1 minute away (113, 113N and 186 buses). Travelling to central London only 20-30 min by Northern Line.

HOUSEMATES: 2 male housemates and 1 female housemate. Nice sociable people. :)
