My friend and I found a 3 bed flat in Collingwood Court, Queens Road, NW4, for 2250. We are looking for a third person to join us at a 720 share of the rent (without bills, estimated 770-790 with bills). The flat is fully furnished, with a large living room, modern bathroom, decently sized kitchen (with two ovens *wink*wink*nudge*nudge), and 3 double bedrooms with wardrobes.
