Double room available to rent for 3 weeks

We have a lovely double room available to rent from 12th January to 1st February. The room is lightly furnished with a double bed and a clothes rail, but it has everything you need for a comfortable 3-week stay.( please note it doesn’t have the desk/ mirror / chest of drawers).
You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a garden. Smoking is allowed, just not inside the house.
The property is close to Hendon Central, where the Northern Line can take you to Central London in about 15–20 minutes.
Rent would be £600 including all bills for the 3 weeks period . The house is warm and clean and we are extremely respectful and not big fans of the party scene, would prefer someone who respects the space.
