Double room available from January (Female only)

Hi! We’re two girls living in a spacious 3 double bedroom house, plus a small spare room that we mainly use for luggage and laundry bits. We both work full-time, so when we’re home we enjoy a calm, quiet space. No parties , just the occasional relaxed dinner with friends.

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going. We keep the house tidy and take turns doing a weekly deep clean.

The house has a big garden, a cosy living room, and is in a great location: about an 8-minute walk to Hendon Central station, 6 minutes walk to the gym, and Brent Cross shopping mall is right behind us. It’s a semi-detached property with no neighbours on one side, and the road is very quiet. The room is available from January , if you have a cat we would consider it as we love animals . Minimum stay is 6 months with a 6 week notice if you plan to move out . All bills are included in the price .
