Double Room in Spacious Hendon Central House

Hi! We’re two girls living in a spacious 3 double-bedroom house, plus a small spare room that we mainly use for luggage and laundry. We both work full-time, so when we’re home we enjoy a calm, quiet space, no parties, just the occasional relaxed dinner with friends.

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going. Ideally, you won’t be working from home full time and will enjoy keeping shared spaces tidy. We take turns doing a weekly deep clean to keep the house nice and welcoming.

The house:

Big garden and cosy living room.

Semi-detached with no neighbours on one side

Quiet road in a great location:

8-minute walk to Hendon Central station

6-minute walk to the gym

Brent Cross shopping mall right behind us

The room:

Available from February

Minimum stay: 6 months, with 6 weeks’ notice if you plan to move out

All bills included (Winter gas slightly higher, but not by much)

Please note: the room does not include a desk or chest of drawers, but we added a Kallax and a brand new mattress

You’re welcome to bring any furniture to make it cosy

We also love animals, so if you have a cat we’d consider it!
