My name is Luana Manuka, and I am a professional dancer originally from Belgium. I am renting out my room for the last 3 months of my contract, as I will be living abroad during that time. I will not be renewing the contract after it ends, so there is a high chance to take over the room and keep it long-term.
The flat is located in Hendon Central (Zone 3).

My flatmates and I are professional dancers and artists, so we are open to creatives as well as people working full-time jobs. We are very chilled, and so is the landlord. We enjoy catching up but also respect each other’s space.

One of my flatmates has a very shy cat who roams the common areas, so being comfortable around animals is important.

The most important qualities we’re looking for are someone who is clean and respectful. We share responsibility for bills and take turns cleaning the common areas on a rota.
