Cozy double room minutes from Hendon Central

We have a cozy double room available for rent 3 mins walk from Hendon Central tube station from 12th July. We are 3 girls who are in the performing arts industry but very calm and down to earth. We love having a catch up over tea/coffee but are very emotionally in tune and know home is where you recharge so give each other space when needed. We like to help each other out and have great communication. My cat also lives with us, she’s a 10 year old tortie who is very timid and stays mostly in my room but she does roam during the day so a love for and understanding of cats is essential!

Room comes furnished with new double bed with under bed storage drawers, chest of drawers, mirror and built in closet.

We are looking for a female housemate who is calm, empathetic, good communicator and very importantly Clean. 🧼 we share communal spaces so need someone who cleans up after themselves and shares the load of cleaning. We have a cleaning rotation and take turns doing this. Since I have a cat it’s also important to not bring certain types of deadly flowers. 🌷 Our landlord is the best landlord I’ve had.
