Lovely Double Room 5Mins From Hendon Central

We have a spacious double bedroom, 450PCM, available from the 1st of August in a gorgeous 4 bedroom flat! The property is a house converted into two flats on a safe residential road; refurbished 5 years ago, the flat is clean and in an amazing condition. We have 4 double bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate WC and a spacious kitchen. It is in a fantastic location, a short walk to Hendon Central Station and Hendon Rail Station and good routes by bus. There is also a small Sainsburies, Tescos and Co-op less than five minutes away.

In terms of bills the Water and Internet is set and fairly cheap, the council tax is around 30-40 a month each and we receive bills quarterly for Gas and Electricity, Electricity tends to be quite fair, gas can be expensive, dependant on the weather obviously.

A little bit about us: We are three friendly young professionals, 1 guy working in IT and 2 girls working in the Retail sector. Having studied fashion together the girls are interested in all thing fashion, along with hitting the gym, having a good casual drink and equally having a good night in . The guy is into all things sport, games and what all boys love. All in all we're a pretty chilled out house of people.

We are looking for someone who is preferably a young professional as well but we are not ruling out students :). Someone who is generally like minded, clean, tidy, considerate of others and most importantly someone who wants to be friends rather than just a roommate.
